EUradio.fm is searching for experienced on-air announcers, both part-time as well as full-time. Responsibilities include the performance of live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative; monitoring the music and commercial logs for the airshift; ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly; operating the control board; production work; personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts. Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualified candidates should have strong mastery of the English language (excellent written and oral communication skills). Knowledge and/or fluency in another European language is a plus. Applicants throughout Europe are encouraged.
Selected candidates should be successful communicators, very creative and have solid production skills and a strong working knowledge of audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution. Proficiency in creating appealing shows and highly adaptive to his/her audience is a must.
Strong operating knowledge of radio making required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficient with all forms of social media and up to date web posting. Must be good communicator on air and with phones and be able to thrive in fast moving, detail oriented (and fun!) environment.
