Welcome back to all our stations and members after a well deserved Christmas and New Year Break.
A new year means new memberships to the SRA, so I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome any new stations to the SRA for 2010 and hope you will enjoy being involved with us this year.
If you haven't yet got your membership sorted, then please contact Sarah who can help answer your questions and show you what you need to do to sign up.
Last weekend saw our first event of 2010, a training day at Keele University.
My thanks to the day must go to Sejal, Sarah, Vinesh, Dan, Bam and all at Kube Radio who made the day a success. If you do have any feedback on the day then please get in touch with Sejal, our development officer.
To put on more events in the year is something we have really tried to push this year, so that you get the full benefit of your membership. I hope you feel that these days are really beneficial to both yourself and your station.
Coming up next is the SRA conference in Nottingham. Sessions and speakers are being confirmed as we get closer to the date so keep on checking the SRA site to see what sessions will be available.
We have already started to sell tickets for the conference, so please start thinking about who will be attending from your station and start buying your tickets before the deadline.
