Rock Action Records are based in Glasgow, founded by post-rock legends Mogwai. Having tired of dealing with other labels, the band set up Rock Action originally to put out their own music, but has since become a means by which they can put out new and exciting music that they think others will love, and really should get the opportunity to listen to. They’ve even just started up a podcast (or Mogcast as they like to call it) to promote their own and other labels’ artists, and you can download it from www.rock-action.co.uk.
Current artists signed to Rock Action include Remember Remember, Part Chimp and Errors. Errors release their highly anticipated second album ‘Come Down With Me’ on the 1st March, and this is the single that precedes it, ‘A Rumour In Africa’.
