It was a great night for Student Radio in New York last night with various members of the SRA picking up awards at a prestigious award ceremony!
Every year in New York radio personnel come together to celebrate the worlds best work, as part of the New York Festival Awards, and this year student radio was championed again with Spark FM picking up the Silver Award for the Best Student Radio Station in the world!

It was a great night all round for Spark, with Jordy Cernik picking up the Bronze award for Best Student Drama Program for his personal drama Both Sides of Dying which you can check out here: 

Also from Spark, Richie Lee picked up a Bronze award for Best Student Documentary for his piece I am who I am, which you can listen to here:

And last but certainly not least, Anna Louise Walter from CSRfm topped an incredible 12 months for herself by picking up the Silver Award for Best Student Radio Personality! This is just over 6 months after she picked up the Silver award for Best Female at last years Student Radio Awards.
