The big day is here! If you’re coming to the Student Radio Conference 2019 hosted by Xtreme Radio in Swansea, we’ve pulled together some information to make your arrival as smooth as possible!

For info about travelling to Swansea check out this blog:

Once you arrive in Swansea head to the Great Hall, Bay Campus, Swansea University. You’ll see signs up at the registration desk, where our conference volunteers will get you signed in. Please have your e-mail confirmation up on your phone in case we need to double check any details.

After you sign in you’ll be given a copy of the full programme, a wristband (which acts as your ticket for ALL #SRACon events), food vouchers (don’t lose them!) and a few other goodies.

Registration opens at 9am and runs until 12.30pm. If you arrive after 12 and there’s no one on the registration desk please e-mail us at sracon-help@studentradio.org.uk and we’ll make sure we get you signed in before the end of the day.

There’ll also be a bag drop for you to store any luggage, which you’ll be able to collect after talks end. If you have an accommodated ticket there will be a shuttle bus to take you to your hotel (and back to campus for the evening). A member of the committee will go with you to your hotels to make sure everyone gets checked in OK.

Make sure you keep an eye on our Twitter for updates. And remember to tag us on Twitter / Instagram / Facebook in your videos and photos. The official hashtag for conference is #SRACon.

Here are the SRA Committee members who will be at conference this week.
Please come up and say hi – just bear in mind we might be a little frazzled this week (pro-tip: bring snacks and coffee if you want to be our new best friend).
