After evening events accommodated ticket holders have the option of being dropped off at hotels or being taken to the afterparties. You will need to make your own way to the Bay Campus for registration on Tuesday, and at the beginning of Wednesday and Thursday.

Getting around campus:

Conference will be located at Swansea University, The Bay Campus. It has state-of-the-art facilities, direct access to the beach, and its own seafront promenade.

Registration will be in the great hall located in the centre of the campus. This is also where all sessions will be based. If you are lost look for the big clock tower as it’s opposite that.

Maps will be included in your programme which you will receive upon arrival when you check-in to conference and all rooms for keynotes, breakouts, food and evening entertainment will be clearly signposted in English and Welsh!
