Inhaler, the four-piece the school-boy-band sensation hailing from Dublin, who have combined grungy riffs with melodic psychedelic synths, are a great addition to the SRA class of 2020. After the release of their first studio single, ‘It Won’t Always Be Like This’, in March this year they’ve gone on to perform with Blossoms and Noel Gallagher’s high-flying birds and are currently on tour in the US.

The band is composed of Robert Keating on Bass, Ryan McMahon on Drums, Josh Jenkinson on Lead and Elijah Hewson on Vocals.

Inhaler holds a special place in XpressionFM’s heart as when we hosted the first SRA chart show of the year and listened to their track, ‘Ice Cream Sundae’, we all immediately became obsessed with the band, since then, the song has become a beloved member of our playlists. Personally, I first heard Inhaler on BBC One Xtra over summer and to see them re-appear on the SRA chart makes me so excited to see what they’ll do next! We are honoured to welcome them into the SRA Class of 2020!
