National Student Radio Conference tickets are on sale!: Full Story

This year's National Student Radio Conference is being held between the 2nd and 4th of April at Demon FM in Leicester. The conference is a great opportunity to meet other students around the country who are involved in radio, as well as people from the industry.

Sessions this year include talks for station managers, presenters, producers, talks about technical and website, branding and promotion, as well as talks about radio in general. We will also be holding our annual Voice of the Awards competition and I Love Student Radio Awards - where we celebrate the people working behind the scenes at student radio. Finally, we will be putting on two great nights of entertainment for you so that you can let your hair down a bit including dancing the night away at our student radio vs industry Soundclash.

There are two types of ticket available - accommodated and non-accommodated. If you live in or around Leicester, our non-accommodated ticket is cheaper. It still gives you access to all the session and the evening's entertainment. You also get lunch and dinner included (but not breakfast). Accommodated tickets pay for two nights in a local hotel, as well as transport to and from the hotel and breakfast included.

If you have any questions about the conference, please email me at emma.bradshaw@studentradio.org.uk or you can buy your tickets at studentradio.org.uk/buy - sales are open until the 1st of March and your station MUST be a member of the Student Radio Association to buy a ticket. You may also buy a ticket if you are student radio alumni - as long as you have graduated within the last 13 months. Looking forward to seeing you there!
